As Chief Delivery Officer at Incedo, Shashank is responsible for scaling people & capabilities, strengthening delivery planning & execution, and speeding up innovation. His focus is on bringing together technology, delivery practices and deep domain knowledge to drive value to clients.
Prior to Incedo, Shashank worked with ZS Associates consulting with seven of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in Sales Planning/Execution and R&D areas. He is an expert in the areas of incentive compensation, data management, reporting and big data implementations. He has led many global consulting/technology/operations projects, covering over 40 countries across US, Europe, Latin America and APAC regions. He has also led large internal capability groups with focus on expertise, innovation and people engagement. Before ZS, Shashank also worked with TCS on technology implementation projects for shipping and online retail majors.
Shashank holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad and B.Tech. from IIT Roorkee. Beyond work, he has a significant collection of books and classic English movies.
