Shailaja Venkat Iyer is the CHRO and India Country Head at Incedo. She works closely with the CEO and the leadership team as a thought partner.
She is a key enabler in strengthening people practices and moving towards differentiating Incedo as an employer of choice.
Shailaja is a seasoned HR leader with close to 25 years of rich experience across multiple industries.
Prior to Incedo, she was the India HR leader and member of the Board at Gartner. Prior to Gartner, she was associated with firms like Gartner, McKinsey and Whirlpool in key leadership roles. Shailaja has extensive experience building out and executing HR strategic road maps, leadership hiring and coaching programs and talent development practices to help organizations scale up. She has also worked on due diligence projects for mergers and driven post-acquisition integration programs, culture change initiatives, work force planning and built out HR OPEX and Statutory Compliances framework for a Growth Company.
Further, as a member of Nasscom NCR-GCC core group, Shailaja has partnered with several industry leaders to conceptualise and drive strategic interventions around leadership development. Shailaja is an alumnus of SIBM, Pune with a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
