Ankush is a seasoned HR leader with experience in driving talent strategy for top-tier global firms across technology, financial services and management consulting domains over the last two decades.
As CHRO for Incedo, Ankush is responsible for driving the talent strategy and best practices globally. He partners with global leaders to develop and execute their people priorities, and serves as a thought partner to the leadership team. He manages an HR function that reflects and supports the dynamic needs of all business units as well as aspirations of employees globally.
Before joining Incedo, Ankush worked with JPMorgan leading the bank’s HR function for Southeast Asia region, and global analytics centres in India. Prior to this role, he acted as the global HR Business Partner for JPMorgan’s Enterprise Technology division while he was based in New York. Previously, he has worked in leadership roles with Bain & Co. and Heidrick & Struggles. Ankush has extensive experience working in different geographies, and leading global teams to drive top-notch HR programs and deliver business results.
Beyond work, Ankush is an avid cyclist and is passionate about music.
