Digital Fundas is Incedo’s social initiative to enable India’s young population with digital skills to unleash their true potential to help them excel and build a Digital India. It is based on our award-winning book “Winning in the Digital Age” which has won 5 Awards and is being used as the reference book for Digital Transformation across leading business schools and engineering schools across India and US including IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, IIT Delhi and Missouri State University. Incedo’s Co-founder and CEO Nitin Seth who is the author of this book and a thought leader in digital transformation with leadership experience in large global firms like McKinsey, Fidelity and Flipkart is leading the Digital Fundas program. We have begun this program in Hindi speaking states and over time shall expand to other states.

The most fundamental aspect of digital is its democratization of access to information, knowledge, and technology. This is an amazing enabler for a large, yet diverse country like India. Historically, hundreds of millions of people did not have access to high quality education and infrastructure and that limited their opportunities. In the Digital Age that changes – access is democratized, it becomes very easy.
For India, this is a chance for a 2nd independence. The Digital Age opens the door for the relatively disadvantaged young population and all of us, with education, low-cost access, technology, and the power of opportunity. The human plus economic potential of this equation is mind boggling! How many new entrepreneurs will be created? How many new enterprises will be established? How many global leaders will find their voice? What new innovations will emerge? What exciting new creative minds will be unlocked? The possibilities are truly endless.
