Role Description

Architecture, Design & Technology Strategy

• Draft and define technical architecture and system design using modern cloud technology stacks.
• Design software architecture for applications including web applications, middle-tier microservices, backend systems, persistence stores, and integration endpoints.
• Evaluate, identify, and integrate optimal technical solutions aligned with business and system requirements.
• Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical spikes to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Application Development, Configuration & Implementation

• Configure and implement applications in alignment with architectural designs and project requirements.
• Work closely with project leads, peer engineers, and customers to design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable software solutions within defined timelines.
• Identify potential technical issues early and implement appropriate solutions to ensure system stability and performance.

Production Monitoring, Issue Management & Operational Excellence

• Monitor production systems, identify and troubleshoot issues, and categorize them appropriately for resolution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor production fallouts, system health, and operational performance.
• Take proactive and corrective actions to ensure system reliability, availability, and operational continuity.

Program Delivery, Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to manage and deliver Program Increment (PI) deliverables on schedule and with high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of software solutions.
• Clearly communicate problem analysis, technical decisions, architectural considerations, and design tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates and program delivery reports to client management and leadership teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related
• 5 years of experience in the IT field
• Duties entail work with Java, Selenium Web Driver, Linux, AWS, Python, Swagger and Oracle
