Role Description

Incedo Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant for our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities include: Liaising with Business to gather and organize information about requirements, problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved; Analyzing the requirements, business problems, procedures, and document them into user stories; Conducting meetings, interviews, surveys, onsite observations and workshops to understand the current state processes, future state requirements, and related technical and functional needs; and building prototypes, proof of concepts and alternatives of future state, and client demonstrations and presentations. Discussing business solutions with product owner and users, resolving existing problems and enhancing application to meet new business requirements. Developing alternative solutions while identifying risks and benefits. Designing and developing solutions and procedures to meet the business requirements. Leading the smooth execution of the various phases of design, development and production deployment. Making sure that the delivery is on time and with the expected quality adhering to standards defined by project management and effectively utilizing methodology and tools. Working closely with operations team for resolving operational issues in the application. Owning and maintaining Functional and Technical Specification documents, procedures, processes, operations manual and project deliverables. Developing training materials and programs, and conducting training sessions and workshops for user community on application functionality.

Job Site: Florham Park, NJ; 40 hours/week; $150,301 – $170,000/year; Standard company benefits. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.

Requirements:

• Qualified applicants must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation.
• Full term of experience must include: Agiloft CLM Platform, JD Edwards ERP, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Cognos and Informatica. Telecommuting permitted when not at a client site.
